Project Methodology Overview

Ensure the project objectives are aligned with the objectives of the organization. Define the scope of the project.  Confirm the projects return on investment (ROI).

Review the existing business processes of the organization and how modifications, additions or deletions to these processes will effect the organization. Review the existing technical environment of the organization. Finalize the scope of the project.

Finalize design requirements based on previous analysis along with iterative application prototyping techniques. 

Develop usable and testable chunks of functionality in planned rollouts.

Perform testing throughout the build process to ensure requirements are met and bugs are eliminated.

Supply appropriate documentation, provide direct support and instruction to users, perform application maintenance.
